Compatibility and Performance Limitation:
USB-C 3.2 Gen2 is backward compatible with all USB standards. When multiple ports in use, the max upstream bandwidth is 10Gbps. Product is compatible with Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 and Mac OS 10.12. Laptop or computer USB Type-C port must support USB-C DisplayPort Alt mode, MacBook (2020) with M1 CPU currently only supports 1 external monitor display.

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
