Smartyez.com’s vendors generally offers a 12 month warranty to all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for warranty period. You are required to notify Smartyez.com’s vendors within 5 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval. To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit. Restocking fee will be applicable while not receiving the goods from the assigned courier service provider or refused to receive the goods. Refund generally takes up to 4 working days to process, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it. A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers. Returns Processing If you're facing any issues with a product purchased on Smartyez, we shall help by verifying and trying to resolve your product issue as part of the return verification process. The Issue resolution steps may be shared with you as self-help, or with assistance over call or a Smartyez (or partner) personnel may visit your place. The seller will arrange for a replacement if the issue has not been resolved. Issue resolution steps will be available for products like mobiles, tablets, laptops, large appliances, electronics, home appliances, furniture etc. In case the product is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, the refund for the entire product or part(s) of the product will be provided by the seller. Returns Pick-Up In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address. During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions. Correct Product IMEI/name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible. Complete Product All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present. Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/Laptop/Tablet, the device should be formatted and iCloud accounts should be unlocked for iOS devices. Undamaged Product The product (including SIM trays/charging port/headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. Undamaged Packaging Product's original packaging/box should be undamaged. COM (change of mind) Return Policy: The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). 15% restocking fee is also applicable after placing the order and cancel. An additional return charge, which is same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error. For the health and safety of our staff and other customers, we are unable to accept returns of personal use items. Our rights We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us and where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, loosing the original packaging, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
